Cordarrelle Patterson again put up some huge numbers for the Atlanta Falcons, running for 141 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. He was aided by tight end Kyle Pitts who had 87 yards and rookie receiver Drake London went for 54 yards and a touchdown in their 27-23 win over Seattle.

Atlanta was able to avoid an 0-3 start and finally closed out a close game. They suffered a one-point loss in Week 1 to New Orleans and a four-point loss to the Rams in Week 2. They’ve fought hard in each game and will now host the Cleveland Browns in Week 4. Their hope is that this victory will help them get some momentum heading into that one.

Things haven’t been great for the Arizona Cardinals this season. They’re off to a 1-2 start which is a far cry from 2021 when they were the last-standing undefeated team. This year, their only win is against the Las Vegas Raiders, who have yet to secure a victory on the season. When they have played good teams, they’ve lost by a combined 64-33 — at home.

The good news is that they do have a game against Carolina next week, which could help them even up their record. But the following week will see the Eagles come to Arizona, and they need to prove they can hang with contenders such as them or it will be a long season.
