3. Robert Quinn, EDGE, Chicago Bears

There are whispers that Robert Quinn was unhappy with the Chicago Bears this offseason and it would be hard to blame him. They’ve been awful since he joined the team and he’s in his 30s now, meaning he doesn’t have a ton of years left in the tank.

He still has plenty of juice though, evidenced by his 18.5 sacks last season. Having said that, he likely wants to spend the remainder of his career playing for a winning team and despite a 2-1 record, the Bears still aren’t a good team.

They beat Houston in Week 3 and only knocked off the 49ers due to the terrible weather and field conditions in Chicago in Week 1. Right now, they’re a team that is carried by their defense and until they get more draft capital and start building around Justin Fields, they won’t have any idea what their offense can be.

That’s why it would make sense to clear up some cap space and add draft picks by sending Quinn to a contender. And once the Bears start dropping games, this is probably exactly what they’ll try and do.

The main issue would be his contract, which still has three years on it. They’ll need a team that either has plenty of space or one that could convince Quinn to re-do his deal in order to make a move.
