Jordan Addison. WR. USC. 10. player. 47. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

10. New England Patriots: Jordan Addison, WR, USC

Nelson Agholor has been a better player in recent years but he’s not a No. 1 wideout in the NFL. He’s also a free agent in the offseason, so there’s no guarantee the New England Patriots will even bring him back.

Either way, they can use some more help on offense which is why this pick is used on Jordan Addison. A former standout for Pitt, Addison moved to USC this year and has 442 yards and six touchdowns in his first four games with the Trojans. On top of his skill as a receiver, he has experience in the return game and while most coaches wouldn’t use a top-10 pick on special teams, Bill Belichick isn’t most coaches and would probably love that idea.

Paris Johnson. 11. 30. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. OT. Ohio State. player

11. New York Jets: Paris Johnson, OT, Ohio State

The New York Jets have done a good job adding wide receiver help for Zach Wilson but now they need to fix their offensive line. They’ve made some moves there in recent years but so far, it’s been a problem for them in 2022.

Injuries have been one of the problems but they still need another young tackle. That’s where Paris Johnson comes in. Johnson played guard for Ohio State but has since kicked out to tackle where he continues to play at a high level. He’s a solid pass blocker but excels in the run game, which could help them get the most out of 2022 second-round pick Breece Hall.
