3 trade targets for the Kansas City Chiefs at the NFL Trade Deadline

2. Robert Quinn, EDGE, Chicago Bears
On Monday Night Football, the Chicago Bears improved to 3-4 as they had their best game of the season against the New England Patriots. Justin Fields finally had a solid game, even though there’s still room for improvement as a passer, but any progress is good for them right now.
Even with the win, there’s not much expectation for them to make a run this season. That’s why it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them making a move at the trade deadline and one name that could be on the block is Robert Quinn.
The 12th-year veteran had his best season since 2013 when he had 18.5 sacks. This year, his numbers have dropped drastically as he has just one sack through seven games. Of course, the fact that Khalil Mack was traded before the year likely plays a part in that since there aren’t too many other players creating a rush with no one recording more than the 2.5 sacks Roquan Smith has posted.
With all this being said, Quinn could be a welcome addition to the Kansas City defense. He could also benefit from the move since he would no longer be the player defenses zero in on, which would allow him more favorable one-on-one matchups.
Getting after the quarterback is the key to winning and adding Quinn would help the Chiefs do exactly that.
