22. Washington Commanders: Joey Porter, Jr., CB, Penn State

Overall, the Washington Commanders have a good defense but their weak spot is cornerback. That leads to the selection of Joey Porter, Jr. from Penn State.

If the name sounds familiar, that would be due to his father being a former linebacker that was a star with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The younger Porter plays with the same fearless physicality and has more length than just about any other corner in the class. He’s still a bit raw but has the tools to be a star at the next level.

23. Baltimore Ravens: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

Even before we get to this point in the offseason, the Baltimore Ravens need to get things figured out with Lamar Jackson. The two sides have gone back and forth in contract negotiations and the longer they drag their feet, the more the price goes up. Perhaps they haven’t paid attention, but quarterbacks with an MVP on their resume don’t usually see their salary decrease when they’re in their prime.

Should they retain Jackson, the Ravens will still be a dangerous team in the AFC and they could be even tougher to deal with should they land Bijan Robinson from Texas. Right now, they have several talented backs including Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins but injuries have been a problem.

Robinson would not only be healthier but he’s a better talent than both — which is a testament to how good he is since Edwards and Dobbins are legit starters in the NFL.
