4 wide receivers the Buffalo Bills wish they signed last offseason
Jarvis Landry
The next wide receiver is one that was actually connected to the Buffalo Bills during the offseason in Jarvis Landry. He was released by the Cleveland Browns after they added Amari Cooper and had a number of teams interested in him shortly thereafter, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Green Bay Packers.
Landry in the end would return to the state he played college football and sign with the New Orleans Saints. The homecoming hasn’t gone as planned as Landry has played in only eight games and has 25 receptions, 272 receiving yards, and one touchdown.
While the results haven’t been there this season, it is hard denying the fit for the Buffalo Bills. He would have been a veteran presence out of the slot and given Josh Allen a sure-handed receiver similar to what Cole Beasley brought during his time in Buffalo.
