16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: O’Cyrus Torrence, OG, Florida

With Alex Cappa leaving for Cincinnati, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ offensive line wasn’t the same this season. In an effort to get them back on track, they bring in O’Cyrus Torrence who started his career at Louisianna but really took off once he got to Florida.

The 6-foot-5, 347-pound guard is the top prospect at his position and comes in as a plug-and-play starter.

17. Los Angeles Chargers: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

Justin Herbert has continued to put up good numbers but he’s had to do so with a lot of reserves. Both Mike Williams and Keenan Allen have struggled with health, so it’s time for the Los Angeles Chargers to think about getting some young talent.

That leads to the selection of Jaxon Smith-Njigba from Ohio State. Of course, there might be some risk since he too has injury concerns — he’s hardly played this season — but he’s potentially the best receiver in this class when healthy.

Those who have studied his film note that while he doesn’t have elite speed, everything Smith-Njigba does is incredibly precise. Joe Marino of The Draft Network praises his focus, decisiveness, and how smooth he is overall.

"“He’s an extremely intelligent player with exceptional spatial awareness. He does well to continue working in scramble situations and he’s always competing to get open. Smith-Njigba has exceptional hands, ball skills, and focus at the catch point. He is decisive after the catch with excellent field vision. Everything Smith-Njigba does on the field is smooth, focused, and technically refined.” — Marino, The Draft Network"

With Smith-Njigba, the Chargers could be unstoppable when fully healthy. But they can also remain very dangerous even if they do lose one of their top wideouts going forward.
