One position that has typically not gotten big free agent contracts over the past few years has been running back. This offseason it could potentially change with Saquon Barkley, Josh Jacobs, and Miles Sanders all set to be free agents after this season.

However, if teams don’t want to break the bank for one of those three then Devin Singletary could be an intriguing option. For Singletary to get to that point though, he will need to have a strong finish to the regular season.

Devin Singletary was a third-round pick by the Buffalo Bills in the 2019 NFL Draft and during his time in the NFL, he has had spurts. This season has been no different as he has had a six-game stretch where he surpassed 60 rushing yards in three games and had three rushing touchdowns in the final three games of that stretch.

The Buffalo Bills’ offense has not been able to commit to the run game but with the weather turning they may not have much of a choice. If Devin Singletary is able to get between 15-20 carries over the final four games, it could set him up for a good contract this offseason.
