Stud: DK Metcalf, WR

Whenever the Seahawks needed a big play, DK Metcalf was there to deliver. Once the defense held the 49ers to a field goal to keep the score 13-7, Metcalf stepped up and gave his team the lead. He pulled in a 50-yard touchdown catch to give Seattle the lead.

Metcalf again found a way to come through after the 49ers went up 23-17. On a second-and-eight right after Nick Bosa stuffed Kenneth Walker for just two yards, Metcalf found a huge hole in the defense and caught a wide-open pass, taking it to the San Francisco 48 for a 25-yard gain.

He then made a juggling catch on third-and-12, keeping the chains moving even after a penalty from Charles Cross threatened to end the drive with no points. Unfortunately, they still got none after a strip sack but Metcalf did more than his share.

Even with the game out of reach, Metcalf was giving it his all as he scored a touchdown late to make it 41-23. He finished with 10 receptions for 136 yards and two touchdowns — but that still wasn’t enough to lift his team to victory.

Dud: DeeJay Dallas, RB

DeeJay Dallas averaged five yards per attempt this season and was expected to be the No. 2 back for Seattle on Saturday night. Unfortunately, whenever they turned to him, they were left disappointed.

Dallas had just 13 yards on six carries — and despite being just over two yards per rush, it’s still a misleading number. That’s because he had a seven-yard run that made it look even better than it was. This means outside of that run, he had six yards on five carries. They needed him to help spell Kenneth Walker but Dallas left a lot to be desired.
