21. Los Angeles Chargers: Zay Flowers, WR, Boston College

The Los Angeles Chargers haven’t done the best job of building wide receiver depth the last handful of years. You can’t really fault them for how they’ve built the roster overall, but I think it’s time for them to bring in some more new blood at receiver. Keenan Allen is getting older and might be on the chopping block this offseason. With Kellen Moore coming in, you can expect a heavy dose of 11 personnel (1 RB, 1 TE, 3 WR) so Zay Flowers — or any receiver here — may be a must-have.

22. Baltimore Ravens: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

The Baltimore Ravens rankings in rushing attempts over the last four seasons:

  • 2019: 1st
  • 2020: 1st
  • 2021: 3rd
  • 2022: 6th

This team runs the ball. Moreover, Eric DeCosta always gets steals at every turn of the NFL Draft. Bijan Robinson in this slot is absolute thievery. Bring back Lamar Jackson, draft Bijan Robinson, go out and get more receiver help. The Ravens will be cooking again.

23. Minnesota Vikings: Lukas Van Ness, EDGE, Iowa

Although Ed Donatell was the scapegoat, I think the Vikings simply need an overhaul of defensive personnel in 2023. This defense cycled through a ton of different players, especially up front, in 2022. Here they add Lukas Van Ness. New Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores will love the versatile defensive weapon in Van Ness, who plays with violent hands and tremendous quickness.

24. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

The Jacksonville Jaguars look like they are very well set up on the offensive side of the ball in 2023. This team is already adding former Falcons receiver Calvin Ridley after a trade that really flew under the radar midway through the 2022 NFL season. Defensively, you could see this team make some moves at every level. Tyson Campbell has taken a huge leap forward for this team, so why not dip into that Georgia talent pool again? Kelee Ringo looks like he was carved out of stone and his speed is other-worldly.
