1. Mike Gesicki will be an All-Pro with  Eric Bieniemy

The No. 1 player that should follow Eric Bieniemy is Miami Dolphins free agent tight end Mike Gesicki. The former second-round pick is a natural fit for Bieniemy’s offense. One thing is for certain, Bieniemy will build an explosive offense around the talents of his tight end. We’ve seen him do it with Travis Kelce in the last few years. Yes, I know Gesicki is not Kelce, but who is? However, they share some similarities that fit perfectly with what Bienemy likes to do.

Like Kelce, Gesicki is a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses. He’s big, fast, and has great hands. He’s a natural receiver who can make contested catches and create mismatches all over the field. He’s capable of flexing out wide and playing as a big slot.

What sets Gesicki apart is his ability to make plays after the catch. He’s a dynamic athlete who can turn a quick pass into a big gain with his speed and agility. And in Bieniemy’s offense, he’ll have plenty of opportunities to do just that. With his size, speed, and playmaking ability, he’s a natural fit for Eric Bieniemy’s offense. Add that with Derrick Carr, Jahan Dotson, and Terry McLaurin, and you have a poor man’s Kansas City offense, in a great way.
