Dallas Cowboys: Huge trade pulled off for Stefon Diggs

It was already mentioned that Stefon Diggs might not be too happy in Buffalo and that’s gotten the rumor mill going. Suddenly, the Dallas Cowboys have their names thrown into the mix thanks to the wideouts’ younger brother, Trevon Diggs.

A second-round pick in 2020, Trevon Diggs has turned into a defensive leader for Dallas but now wants to play recruiter as he’s been asking for the team to add his brother to the roster. He even took to Instagram to show us all how he would look wearing the star on his helmet.

Perhaps it’s a long shot, and they would have to make a lot of moves to make it work under the salary cap, but it would be worth it for Dallas to add Stefon Diggs.

This would cost them their first-round pick but knowing they were close this past season should be enough to make that worth it. It’s been a long time since Jerry Jones gambled big and this feels like the offseason to do it.

Washington Commanders: Ron Rivera doesn’t last all year

One of the biggest stories during the early portion of the offseason has been the Washington Commanders’ decision to hire Eric Bieniemy as their assistant head coach and offensive coordinator. This was seen as Bieniemy getting out of Andy Reid’s shadow and proving he deserves a head coaching job.

Our final prediction is that Bieniemy doesn’t have to wait until 2024 for that chance. Ron Rivera is 22-27-1 in three seasons with Washington and another frustrating campaign could lead to his ouster. Considering the talent in the NFC East, they’re likely to be at the bottom of the division once again, which will lead to his firing after midseason, with Bieniemy taking over as interim head coach.
