3. Mike Gesicki, Miami Dolphins

Former Penn State star Mike Gesicki has already been in the NFL for five seasons and will turn 28 in the 2023 campaign (October) but he should be considered one of the top playmakers available at this position group in the 2023 NFL free agency class.

Gesicki had five touchdowns last season despite only catching 32 total passes.

Gesicki is not your traditional in-line tight end and needs to find an offense where he can be moved around the formation as a big slot, outside receiver, and utilized after the catch.

4. Foster Moreau, Las Vegas Raiders

As the clear TE2 with the Raiders the last handful of years behind Darren Waller, Moreau has managed to stand out in a pretty big way. This is the kind of name who is going to fly off the NFL free agency board pretty early on for a lot of money that fans of the team he signs with are going to wonder, “who is Foster Moreau?”.

Well, Moreau is a tremendous blocker at the tight end position who has proven to be an effective receiver for the Raiders as well. He’s got elite athleticism and is just going to be 26 this season. He deserves the chance to go and be the TE1 for some team and the Raiders will undoubtedly miss him.
