Las Vegas Raiders dream target no. 8: Mike McGlinchey, OT, 49ers

The Las Vegas Raiders at one time had one of the most expensive offensive lines in the league. The offensive line in 2022 was a complete mystery heading into Week 1. The Raiders ended up doing a fair amount of mixing and matching at certain positions, specifically left guard, right guard, and right tackle.

The right tackle position was occupied by Jermaine Eluemunor and rookie Thayer Munford Jr. While neither was labeled a liability having strong tackles to anchor your offensive lines is critical. San Francisco 49ers free agent Mike McGlinchey would be an instant impact starter for the Raiders.

McGlinchey plays hard, smart, and disciplined. While he can struggle against faster edge rushers he has the football IQ for the position and has played in big moments in San Francisco. The experience, leadership, and above-average run blocking would be a perfect fit for head coach Josh McDaniels’ scheme.
