Round 4, #115: Roschon Johnson, RB, Texas

In the fourth round, Poles decided to add speed to the offense. First up, he picked up the underrated Roschon Johnson out of Texas.

Johnson did not get a lot of attention since he played behind All-World Bijan Robinson. He had his moments as well, however.

Johnson is a tough, smart, and dependable player. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 220 pounds. He is a bruiser who drops his shoulder and gives as much of a beating as he takes. Additionally, he could make moves to avoid and break tackles.

Johnson also has soft hands and could be a big asset in the passing game.

With a full running backs room, Johnson perhaps starts as a special teams specialist. However, he could quickly compete to be a starter, especially if he proves to be an asset catching passes. He will be a fan favorite. Grade: A

Round 4, #133: Tyler Scott, WR, Cincinnati

Poles goes out and gives Field another speedy receiver in Tyler Scott. The wide receivers room will be completely different now than it was in 2022.

At 5-foot-10, 177 pounds Scott draws comparisons to T.Y. Hilton. He has the same frame and the same speed.

Speed is what you first notice when you look at Scott. He has a 4.44-40 and looks even faster on the field. He can make plays at all three levels. You can give him the ball on screens and his shiftiness helps him avoid would-be tacklers.

Additionally, Scott can take the intermediate pass and make big plays. Furthermore, Fields can drop back and throw it as deep as he can and Scott can blow past his defender and make the catch.

The amazing thing about Scott is his big-play capability. In his career, he averaged 44.6 yards per touchdown. That is an incredible target to have. The defense has to account for him so even if he isn’t targeted, he makes the job easier for the other receivers. Grade: A-
