With the 2023 NFL Draft in the books, it’s time for some of the top available NFL free agents to go ahead and sign with teams, get on the 90-man roster, and join in with the rest of the offseason program. As time goes along, their only real leverage becomes if players get injured, and they might miss out on actual opportunities to play and increase their value next offseason.

Where will the top available NFL free agents sign now that the Draft is over? Let’s take a look at five of the top names out there (not in any particular order).

Predicting new teams for 5 top remaining NFL Free Agents

1. Frank Clark, EDGE

Former Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark remains a free agent after the 2023 NFL Draft and I think he will end up being one of the most coveted names out there. It seems like all of Cleveland Browns Twitter is desperate to add Clark to the team’s defensive front, and we’ll see if anything materializes there.

Now that they’ve got Lamar Jackson’s deal done, the Baltimore Ravens have actually freed up quite a bit of salary cap space and they have a need off the edge. How about a couple of former Michigan guys — Frank Clark and 2022 draft choice David OJabo — coming just about out of nowhere to really pace this team’s pass rush in 2023?

At this point, I’m not sure you can rule out a return to the Chiefs, and another team that really needs help off the edge right now is the New Orleans Saints, who took on a number of big losses on the defensive front in NFL Free Agency.

Landing Spots:

  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Cleveland Browns
  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • New Orleans Saints
