Rookie No. 2: Aron Cruickshank, WR, Rutgers

Did you just see this? Practice or not, that is one hell of a catch by the undrafted free agent.

Ok, maybe this is a bit overhyped, but realistically, no matter how rigid the coach is with his personality, even they have to open their eyes just a bit more and be impressed. Additionally, the story of Aron Cruickshank is quite impressive. A transfer from WSU to Rutgers and developing new skills.

Versatility matters in this day and age. Additionally, the Bears’ wide receiving core needs all the help they can get outside of DJ Moore, Tyler Scott, Darnell Mooney, and Chase Claypool. Yes, Velus Jones is still on the team but that can change. If Cruickshank continues to make plays like this, the sixth and likely last receiver spot on the roster will be reserved for him.
