2023 NFL Season: 10 bold predictions for the new year

No. 10: Cincinnati Bengals WIN the Super Bowl in the 2023 NFL season

My final bold prediction is that the Cincinnati Bengals, led by an elite quarterback in Joe Burrow, will best the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 58 in the 2023 NFL season.  Like I had mentioned in a previous slide, Burrow feels like the Peyton Manning of this generation.  He’ll get a few shots to win a Super Bowl, and fortunately, 2023 will be the year that he gets one.

Burrow is not as good as Patrick Mahomes, but he might be the only one who can go toe to toe with him.  Well, based on my other bold prediction, Burrow and the Bengals won’t have to deal with Mahomes and the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, as I think the Jaguars will be playing in that one.

The Bengals also made some smart moves during this offseason, bolstering their secondary and pass rush, two huge positions that need to be effective to win in the modern-day NFL.  They also made a shocking move when they signed Orlando Brown Jr to a four-year deal.  This move shifted Jonah Williams to the right tackle spot, so all of a sudden, the Bengals’ OL looks competent.

Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd are back again for another year, and Joe Mixon also returns.  This team has stocked up once again to make a huge run, and they’ll win it all in the 2023 NFL season.
