5 teams that have to make it to the Super Bowl in 2023

The Bills have not made it to the Super Bowl since 1994. The Bills, similar to the Bengals, have not yet hoisted a Lombardi Trophy. Bills quarterback Josh Allen has improved drastically since entering the league but has yet to rise to the level of the other top AFC quarterbacks. The Bills went 1-1 against the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 but the loss came in the playoffs during the divisional round.

The Bills have had some off season issues and lost several key players. There are grumblings around the league that the Bills could regress in 2023. A turnover happy Josh Allen with a disgruntled Stefon Diggs would not help quell that rumor either. The Bills need to clean up their game, lock into the playoffs, and show that they can be a true contender against the likes of the Bengals and Chiefs. It does not help Josh Allen’s case that he now has to contend with the Aaron Rodgers-led New York Jets in his own division either.
