Joe Burrow, fresh off of signing his massive new contract which set an NFL record at $55 million in average annual value, couldn’t get anything going. A 3-24 loss at the hands of the Cleveland Browns is unquestionably not the way the Bengals wanted to start this season, even if you consider the Browns to be one of the league’s most improved teams in 2023 (they are).
