Philadelphia Eagles @ Chicago Bears, 8:15 PM ET

Our final game of Week 3 is a good ol’ fashioned Monday Night Football showdown with two NFC bluebloods. Both Philly and Chicago are flawed teams, though. The Eagles have barely gotten by Washington and Tennessee in Week 1 and 2. Two of the worst teams in the NFL giving the Eagles fits is less than ideal.

The Bears seemed to lose Caleb Williams for an extended period of time when he went down in Week 2 against the Vikings. That’s certainly how it felt, but it turns out that Williams is dealing with a hamstring injury and might not miss much time at all.

With how tricky hamstring injuries can be, Williams not playing on MNF may not be a surprise. It’s still very early in the season for Chicago, so rushing Williams back just would not be a good idea at all.

The Eagles would honestly be given a break here, as the Williams-led Bears went into Philadelphia last year and beat the Eagles. Nick Sirianni’s squad just does not feel like a special team right now.

Neither the offense nor defense scares you, and with Williams likely not playing in Week 3, you’d practically be begging the Eagles to blow this somehow.

I don’t believe they will, though. Philly is well-coached and plays well in primetime. They’ll have the QB advantage if Williams does not play, and the Bears do also have a below-average defense, so this should be a game where the Eagles are able to move the ball through the air and on the ground.

In the final game of the Week 3 slate, we’re riding with the Eagles in a nine-point victory. Philly capitalizes on a Bears team that likely won’t have Williams. Injuries suck, to be blut, but they’re a part of the NFL.

Prediction: Eagles win 26-17
