Tennessee Titans @ New York Giants, 1:00 PM ET
The New York Giants will have played on Monday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 2, and I would expect a Rams victory there, but the Giants did show us just how frisky they can be after a slick win over Dallas in Week 1.
Where the Giants surely have optimism is with second-year QB Jaxson Dart, who has the complete profile of being a franchise QB one day. He's got the arm talent and arm strength to be a legitimate dropback passer, and he also has rushing abilty and is easily able to create with his legs.
He's still a young player and will need to continue to learn how to protect himself, but that should come with experience.
The Giants also hired a winning head coach in John Harbaugh, and while this team isn't going to win a Super Bowl with Harbaugh, he'll get this franchise on the right track. They should have a very winnable game in front of them as well, as the Tennessee Titans come to town.
The Titans were able to hang around with Philadelphia in Week 2, but most can tell that the Titans just don't have nearly enough roster talent to consistently win yet, and the team hiring Robert Saleh may not have been the smartest move.
While the Giants and Titans both have second-year QBs, it does feel like the Giants are a year ahead with Dart, as he's a tier or two better than Cam Ward right now. A fun storyline in this game is former Giants head coach and now Titans offensive coordinator Brian Daboll facing his old team.
The Daboll era didn't exactly pan out how they had hoped, but I don't think he gets any sort of revenge on his old team, either.
Prediction: Giants win 27-20
