Los Angeles Chargers (0-3) @ Seattle Seahawks (2-1)

Seeing how the Seahawks respond at home this week coming off of a tough loss on the road at the hands of the Washington Commanders is going to be a treat.
Especially considering the opponent in this case.
The Los Angeles Chargers are absolutely desperate. At 0-3 to start the season, they need a win in the worst way, and needing a win going up to Seattle to play a Seahawks team coming off of a loss is not a great place to be in.
Especially considering how awful we’ve seen the Chargers play this season, even getting five takeaways this past week on the road against the Buffalo Bills. They simply couldn’t get the job done, and that’s been an unfortunate theme for the Chargers all throughout the 2026 season.
The Seahawks are pretty substantial 7-point home favorites in this game, which would have sounded egregious if you said that would be the case before the start of the season. But in this case, it just feels right.
If the Chargers want to go to Seattle and pull off a major upset in Week 4 (and avoid an 0-4 start in the process), they are simply going to have to execute better in all phases.
On top of the frustrating giveaways (6) offensively, the Chargers rank dead last in the NFL so far this season in starting field position offensively and opponent starting field position. They’re losing the field position battle, they’re dropping passes, they’re committing penalties, they’re struggling on 3rd down, and they’re struggling in the red zone.
Going up against Jaxon Smith-Njigba and the Seahawks doesn’t seem like it’s exactly what the doctor ordered, by any means.
Prediction: Seahawks win 27-21
