Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears
With all the offseason national attention that Chicago Bears' QB Caleb Williams has received, it might be hard for him not to make the Pro Bowl this year. Heck, he's even on the cover of Madden. While I am personally in the camp that we need to pump the brakes a bit on Williams, there is no denying that he is a very good QB.
He'll need to improve that completion percentage in 2026, but he did improve across the board from 2024 into 2025 with Ben Johnson arriving. Williams might have one of the more lively arms in the league, and his ability to move and throw on the run translate well into the modern-day NFL.
Williams and the Bears also won the NFC North, which isn't anything to scoff at. Based on how this franchise is trending, Williams could elevate his game to another level in 2026 and see a Pro Bowl nod and perhaps some All-Pro love as well.
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
Another QB in the NFC North that does check all the boxes is Jordan Love, but he's won exactly nine games in all three years as the Green Bay Packers starting QB, and he's played in 15 regular season games in each of the last two seasons.
Love does need to put this small injury concern behind him, and the Packers simply need to take another step forward. They've been a Wild Card-caliber team these past three years but do have a QB good enough to help them win a division title. Love also had a career-high 101.2 passer rating in 2025, so there really is no issue with the production side of things.
Simply put, Love needs to stay on the field for all 17 games and lead his Packers team to a division title. That feels like a realistic goal, and it'd almost certainly lead to a Pro Bowl nod.
Tyler Shough, New Orleans Saints
Another second-year QB on this list, Tyler Shough enjoyed a respectable rookie season with the New Orleans Saints, going 5-4 in his nine starts and helping the Saints to a 4-1 record to finish up 2025.
I am not sure many had high hopes for Shough, but he does have that clever, Nix-ian style of play to his game. Shough also has an improved offense with guard David Edwards and running back Travis Etienne in the picture.
Rookie receiver Jordyn Tyson is going to be out for a bit, but his skill is undeniable and could be an immediate boost to the offense. When you couple all of that with a very winnable NFC South, it's not hard to see the Saints potentially winning 10 games, capturing the division, and seeing their young-ish QB earn a Pro Bowl.
