NFC Playoff Teams

(1) Los Angeles Rams

The Rams snag the first seed in the NFC playoffs in our predictions, and could very well win it all this year. If the Rams do indeed win the Super Bowl, that would be two titles since the 2021 season, and it would almost certainly guarantee a future Hall of Fame bid for several people and players within the organization.

(2) Chicago Bears

Chicago gets the second seed in the playoffs and would potentially stay at home for the playoffs the entire time, depending on how the Rams do in our latest season predictions. The Bears may have a future superstar QB in Williams, and may also have a truly elite head coach in Ben Johnson.

(3) Philadelphia Eagles

In what would be a rather underwhelming 10-7 prediction, the Eagles still slide into that No. 3 seed and would still get a home playoff game. Philly does have some roster concerns on offense, and their limited QB could also prevent that unit from getting back to how they performed in the 2022 and 2024 seasons.

(4) Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Despite a losing record in our predictions, the Buccaneers win the NFC South and earn the No. 4 seed, but it might be hard to see a victory based on who the No. 5 seed is.

(5) Seattle Seahawks

The defending champions make the playoffs for a second year in a row, but this time, they’re in the top Wild Card spot. Seattle does have the roster structure to go on another deep run, but this would still be a very heavy lift overall.

(6) Green Bay Packers

For what would be the fourth year in a row, the Packers slide into a Wild Card spot. At some point, something has to change, right? Yes, the Packers are a rock-solid football team, but Wild Card seeds can’t continue being the main goal.

(7) Detroit Lions

It’s not the No. 1 seed that the Lions earned in the 2024 playoffs, but even making the playoffs as the No. 7 seed is certainly better than missing the postseason altogether.
