NFC East

Philadelphia Eagles: 10-7

The Philadelphia Eagles go just 10-7 in our updated predictions, but it's enough to capture the NFC East title. If nothing else, the Eagles have finished with double-digit wins each year since 2022, and head coach Nick Sirianni does have a winning record each year of his career thus far.

But with wide receiver AJ Brown no longer in the picture, there might be a regression on offense, and while the defense is always going to be quite good with Vic Fangio at the helm, the Eagles could be missing that 'bite' that they seem to acquire every other year. Philly's 10-7 record would certainly leave them with some questions.

Dallas Cowboys: 9-8

Dallas getting to a 9-8 record would be a solid jump, as it would certainly mean that the defense got a lot better. The Cowboys do have the best offense and QB in the division, so when the race is heating up, that could end up being the deciding factor, but with how bad the defense was last year, we may have to temper our expectations for a year.

Washington Commanders: 6-11

The Washington Commanders added a ton of talent in free agency this offseason, but when you look at this team on paper, nothing really stands out, and with left tackle Laremy Tunsil out for the long-term, the Commanders may not be able to climb out of that 5-12 ditch they fell into during the 2025 season.

New York Giants: 3-14

This would probably be the New York Giants floor in the 2026 season. There isn't a guarantee that Jaxson Dart makes that year two leap, as it seems to still be struggling to protect himself, and as a whole, the roster that GM Joe Schoen assmebled is rather underwhelming, so it could be a tough year for the Giants in 2026.
