NFC West
Los Angeles Rams: 14-3
Unsurprisingly, the Los Angeles Rams win the NFC West in our predictions, as they had a stellar offseason and clearly do not have a major weakness. What is wild to think about is that this team did have the top-ranked scoring offense last year, so the defensive improvements they made this offseason could lock this team in for a Super Bowl berth.
The Rams will quickly emerge as the most balanced team in football, as they go 14-3 in our predictions and add two more wins from their 2025 total. It's the Rams' world; we're just living in it.
Seattle Seahawks: 12-5
The Seattle Seahawks could hit a bit of a Super Bowl hangover, and along with that, this team did lose some solid talent this offseason. Winning 12 games would hardly be a legitimate hangover, but the Seahawks are clearly among the most well-coached teams in football, so this could fall short of their expectations.
The Seahawks find a way to find 12 games, but they'll miss out on the NFC West title by a couple of games to the juggernaut Rams.
San Francisco 49ers: 11-6
The injuries are already beginning to build up for the San Francisco 49ers, but this coaching staff has clearly been able to navigate injuries before. If this team can't find a way to stay consistently healthy, it'll be another year where they get buried in the division.
And while an 11-6 record is impressive, it's only good for third place in our predictions.
Arizona Cardinals: 3-14
The Arizona Cardinals getting to three wins in the 2026 season would be a struggle for them. Yes, they have talent on offense, but the roster overall is bad, and the division is simply impossible. With that said, the Cardinals could secure the top pick in the 2027 NFL Draft, which could end up being used on a top QB prospect...
Let's get into the playoff seeds now!
