5. New York Giants: Charlie Becker, WR, Indiana
It’s so disappointing to see how things have unfolded for the New York Giants early in the 2026 season.
This was supposed to be one of the most exciting, up-and-coming teams in the NFC with Jaxson Dart at the helm. Now, John Harbaugh is going to have to coach his way through his first year in New York with Jameis Winston (and maybe JJ McCarthy) under center.
Things don’t always go according to plan in the NFL, do they?
If the Giants end up in the top 5 of the NFL Draft again, it’ll be interesting to see their approach. Getting another stud at the receiver position and one of the best deep threats in the country wouldn’t be a bad idea.
6. Arizona Cardinals: Arch Manning, QB, Texas
Arch Manning is starting to feel the heat a little bit when it comes to his NFL Draft projection. It feels like there is so much contention when it comes to discussing his potential NFL future. Lost in it all is often the fact that Arch is truly a good prospect, though he may not be the finished product everyone would like him to be at this point.
The Arizona Cardinals make him the first QB off the board in this NFL mock draft scenario, which is a unique prediction for us. It feels like the masses have cooled on this class, but we’ll see how NFL teams approach it when the offseason arrives.
7. New England Patriots: Yhonzae Pierre, EDGE, Alabama
The pass rush off the edge was a huge area of need for the Patriots going into the 2026 offseason, but you can’t fix everything overnight.
They look like they’ve got a good one in rookie Gabe Jacas, but you’re not going to turn down talented pass rush prospects in this range of the NFL Draft. Even after taking Caleb Lomu in the 1st round of the 2026 NFL Draft, it also wouldn’t be a shock to see offensive line for the Patriots.
Yhonzae Pierre is a true three-down edge player who can drop in coverage, get after the QB, and has the physicality to set a strong edge.
8. Los Angeles Chargers: Greg Johnson, OL, Minnesota
If the Los Angeles Chargers do anything but take an offensive lineman with their top pick in next year’s draft, they’re doing it wrong.
The Chargers have had constant issues on the offensive line, even after using high picks on players like Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt at the tackle positions. This team just can’t seem to get it right or stay healthy up front for Justin Herbert.
Greg Johnson is a guard/center, which would be somewhat rare to see picked here in the top 10, but he’s absolutely worth the price tag.
