13. Atlanta Falcons: CJ Carr, QB, Notre Dame
Already in the 2026 preseason, the Atlanta Falcons have blessed football fans everywhere with a generational meme.
New head coach Kevin Stefanski has some upside at the quarterback position from both Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix Jr., but the problem isn't the proverbial ceiling: It's the floor. The Falcons could completely bottom out this year, although they probably have too much skill position talent for that.
Their two first-round picks from last season (James Pearce Jr., Jalon Walker) are unavailable to start the year, and Jalon Walker won't be around all season with an injury. This team could be looking at some rough days ahead.
With all of the money they've handed out to their offensive weapons, they need a point guard ASAP.
14. Pittsburgh Steelers: Ellis Robinson IV, CB, Georgia
Somewhat surprisingly, we've seen the Pittsburgh Steelers handing out a pretty decent amount of second contracts this offseason to some of their key players for the future. Keanu Benton was the latest, so perhaps we're too low on what Pittsburgh has been building.
Heck, if Drew Allar can be anything like the guy we saw in the preseason opener, this team will be cooking with gas before too long.
Regardless, they need to keep adding to the roster, and you could look a number of directions here. They've thrown a ton of assets at the OL already, so Ellis Robinson IV stands out as maybe the best defensive player on the board here, and a ballhawk for the secondary (4 INTs last season).
15. Kansas City Chiefs: Jordan Seaton, OT, LSU
The offensive tackle position is a major concern for the Kansas City Chiefs heading into this season, and not enough people are talking about it.
They are having an open competition at the right tackle position between a handful of players who might all be off the team at the end of the season. Starting left tackle (and 2025 1st-round pick) Josh Simmons showed up to OTAs weighing 285 pounds, which raised some serious concerns about whether he can physically play the position after dealing with off-field issues as a rookie.
Considering Patrick Mahomes is coming off a major knee injury, the concerns at the tackle position have to be addressed immediately.
16. New York Jets (from Cowboys): Zabien Brown, CB, Alabama
The Jets need to upgrade their talent at the outside cornerback position, and Zabien Brown is one of the most gifted players in the country.
At 6-feet, 196 pounds, Brown has good size for the position and a phenomenal combination of ball skills and playmaking ability. He's got 5 interceptions over his first two college seasons, including returning both of his picks for touchdowns last year.
He's got the type of playmaking ability the Jets will need to capitalize off the pass rushers they've been investing in.
