25. Buffalo Bills - Nick Marsh, WR, Indiana
I don’t think this is the first time I have mocked Nick Marsh to the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have not been able to build a solid WR room through the NFL Draft in recent years, and it essentially forced GM Brandon Beane to go out and acqurie DJ Moore from Chicago this past offseason.
But just because Beane hasn’t had much success with this position in the draft, doesn’t mean he’ll stop trying. Nick Marsh could be a fun pick, as he’s a prototypical “X” receiver. He’s 6-3 and just over 200 pounds and does use his frame to his advantage.
His after-the-catch ability is also present, so this could truly be a great weapon for the Bills offense. As long as QB Josh Allen is there and in his prime, the Bills won’t have any issues with offensive production, but getting more young talent at this position is still a must.
26. Cleveland Browns - Justin Scott, DT, Miami (FL)
The Cleveland Browns take defensive tackle Justin Scott from Miami in our latest mock draft. Obviously, the Browns have multiple first-round picks at the moment due to having their own pick and the Los Angeles Rams first-round pick due to the Myles Garrett trade.
Cleveland has gotten some pretty exciting returns from their younger players, as GM Andrew Berry has definitely done well for himself in the draft in recent years. Adding more to the trenches would feel like a safe bet for Berry, as he rebuilt the offensive line this offseason but could use more trench talent along the defensive line.
And as I had mentioned earlier, outside of having the QB and protecting the QB, getting to the QB is the most important thing a team needs to be able to do.
