There are a lot of solid teams through three weeks of the 2026 NFL Season, but on the flip side, there are some squads that are racing toward a lost season. It's really quite difficult to win in this league, as we're seeing even some of the better teams in the league, or so we thought, struggle out of the gate.
With there being a lot of football left, some struggling teams can rebound, but it feels like these three in particular are almost hitting that point where the season feels like a total loss.
Let's quickly talk about three teams here.
These 3 NFL teams are running out of hope in 2026 with Week 4 on the horizon
Tennessee Titans, 0-3
I was admittedly high on the Tennessee Titans before the season, but they're playing like if a carton of milk was a football team. The offense his horrific, and the team looks regressed from a season ago. Robert Saleh was brought in as the head coach, and we might now solidly be at a point in time where Saleh clearly isn't cut out to be a head coach in this league.
He can be one heck of a defensive coordinator, but with the way Tennessee has played thus far, you really struggle to envision anything more than a small handful of wins this year.
Los Angeles Chargers, 0-3
Perhaps one of the more unexpected starts in the NFL, the Los Angeles Chargers are 0-3 and just don't do anything well. The roster isn't nearly good enough, and the coaching isn't sticking. This is also sometimes what happens when you bring in a new offensive and defensive coordinator in the same year.
But we're also simply seeing an overall lack of execution across the board, and even the quarterback in Justin Herbert looks lost out there. With a gauntlet of games still to come, the Chargers might not have a first win in sight.
Green Bay Packers, 1-2
The injuries have really plagued the Green Bay Packers this year, but these injuries have also exposed the lack of depth this team has and the overall lack of high-end talent present on the roster. Being 1-2 is far from a lost season, but the way this team has begun the season has many of us concerned.
The Packers are already needing to make some notable moves along the offensive line, and there isn't a guarantee that when Micah Parsons return, he'll be back to his old self. You already have a bad taste in your mouth for 2026 with the Packers.
