3. Tennessee Titans (@ Baltimore)

We could see all three teams listed thus far fail to get their first win of the season, as all the Tennessee Titans have to do in Week 4 is head to Baltimore to play the 2-1 Ravens. Running back Derrick Henry is also facing his old team, and while I don't personally think there would be any true bad blood, Henry would surely have something 'extra' going for him in this one.

The Titans made some significant changes this offseason, as they brought in Robert Saleh as the next head coach. Saleh is already on his second head coaching job, as he fizzled out with the New York Jets and perhaps predictably went back to San Francisco to rebuild his value.

The Titans have simply played uninspired football this year, to be blunt. Second-year QB Cam Ward has not looked that great, and the defense is just nothing like we're used to seeing from Saleh-coached teams.

Tennessee could have just hired someone in Saleh who is better suited as a coordinator, but there is still some time for this team to get going. And while Saleh's squad hasn't looked great this year, the talent just isn't nearly good enough.

General Manager Mike Borgonzi still has a good bit of work to do, as the offense probably needs a trio of new starters, and the defense did get a ton of change thrown at it this offseason, so it actually may be a bit too early to tell if that unit is on the right track.

All in all, the Titans are again a bad team, and they are again among the very worst teams in the sport. This franchise has really fallen flat since the years of Ryan Tannehill and Mike Vrabel. Tennessee is No. 3 in our winless team power rankings.
