2. Los Angeles Chargers (@ Seattle)
The Los Angeles Chargers, of all teams, are winless through three weeks. This team has gone 11-6 in the 2024 and 2025 seasons, but have begun to bottom out this year. We could spend another 700 words talking about why the Chargers are simply bad, but we could boil it down to not having nearly enough good players, and the fit with Mike McDaniel just not being a good one.
The Chargers just don't have the personnel to run what McDaniel wants to run, and as we saw during his best years with Miami, McDaniel had one of the best wide receiver duos in the league in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
Not to mention, the offensive line is a disaster, as the interior has been among the worst in the NFL for multiple years. Just about nothing has worked for the Chargers this year, and this team was supposed to at least be 2-1 through three games, as they had played Arizona and Las Vegast to begin the season.
LA is now set to continue a gauntlet of a schedule where there first win just does not appear to be present. This team could honestly spiral out of control, and I am not sure it's wild to say that some major coaching changes could be made this season.
In a division where even the Raiders are 3-0, the Kansas City Chiefs are undefeated, and the Denver Broncos are 2-1, the Chargers really can't afford many more losses before earning their first win, but they do have a good QB in Justin Herbert and did just win 22 regular season games over the last two seasons.
That has to at least give the team a glimmer of hope that they could somehow rebound in 2026 and perhaps reach nine or 10 wins if all gets fixed.
