14. Malik Willis, Miami Dolphins
Malik Willis did have some very impressive starts in relief of Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love when Willis was backing him up, but there is such a small sample size that it's hard to say for certain how efficient Willis can be.
Furthermore, the Miami Dolphins might just be the worst team in the NFL and sport some of the worst offensive personnel in the league. De'Von Achane is surely going to get a heavy workload in 2026, but Willis truly does not have a lot to work with.
It wouldn't be a shock if Willis had his moments but largely struggled given his overall inexperience and the lack of talent on this team. With that said, it's also clear that the Dolphins are embracing a rebuild, so Willis may only be there to keep the ship steady before the team takes a shot on a QB in a future NFL Draft.
13. Geno Smith, New York Jets
Geno Smith is now on his third team in as many seasons but is back with the New York Jets, the team that drafted him. With 32 interceptions over his past two seasons, Smith has had troubles taking care of the ball. He did have a shocking breakout season in 2022 with the Seattle Seahawks, but we're now approaching four years removed from that.
At best, Smith can perhaps channel some of his Seahawks days and produce at a modest clip, as the Jets do have some encouraging talent on offense, but the latest QB-ing we have from Smith is forgettable, as the Jets are likely primed to again be among the worst teams in the league.
With three first-round picks in 2027, though, help could be on the way quite soon. Jets fans may have to be patient for one more year.
