12. Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers
Aaron Rodgers was rather average in the 2025 season for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he's not getting any younger. Now entering his age-43 season, Rodgers may truly have one serviceable year left in the tank, but with what we saw last year, it's hard to envision how Rodgers ends up playing notable football this year.
It's just the truth - the Steelers have botched the QB room for years now, and they'll have to leave with another 'botch' job here in 2026. Sure, hiring Mike McCarthy was a fun move, but this team simply isn't going to win anything until the most important position in sports is treated like it.
I guess if you want some optimism, Rodgers is continually an accurate QB and won't throw a ton of interceptions, so he should be able to continue doing that in 2026, but it won't be enough in the loaded AFC.
11. Daniel Jones, Indianapolis Colts
Daniel Jones was playing quite well for the Indianapolis Colts in the 2025 season. That mid-season collapse was brutal, though, as Jones also tore his Achilles and suffered yet another major injury. Jones did put a lot of good football on film, but in the games leading up to that injury, you began to see some regression.
At this point, Jones is again in a position where he kind of has to re-prove himself again. It's not an impossible thing to do, as the Colts have a very good offensive line, an elite running back, and solid receivers, but that's where we're at right now.
Jones also doesn't have the highest ceiling even when he gets going, so until the Colts get a legitimate QB in the building, they'll continue to be an irrelevant football team. Jones is just outside the top-10 in our rankings.
