3. Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
Only 19 receivers in the NFL had over 1,000 yards in 2025, and just 21 had 1,000 yards in 2024. Courtland Sutton was on both of those lists.
The Denver Broncos have one of the most clutch wide receivers in the NFL that very few people talk about.
Sutton has 25 touchdowns over the last three seasons combined, including 15 total touchdown catchs in the first two years of Bo Nix's career. He and Nix have developed such a level of trust that Nix recently said he feels like he could throw to Sutton with his eyes closed.
On 3rd and 4th down plays last season, the Broncos targeted Sutton a total of 55 times. He caught 32 of those targets (over 58 percent) with 27 of them being converted for 1st downs. All of that to say: Courtland Sutton was clutch on the money downs for the Broncos last season.
And he's been that for them. Although he goes through some bouts with drops, Sutton is as reliable as it gets in the NFL when it matters the most.
2. Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars
It's almost hard to say Parker Washington is still "underrated" at this point, because the NFL community finally seems to be coming around.
But he still qualifies for a little bit longer, considering he's still getting buried on preseason fantasy football lists. Washington had 58 catches for 847 yards and 5 TDs last season, so it's understandable that fantasy football managers aren't likely to use a 1st-round pick on the guy, but he might emerge as Trevor Lawrence's favorite target this season.
As a matter of fact, he led the Jaguars with 95 targets last season, but this year will give us a better idea where he stands considering Jacksonville acquired Jakobi Meyers in the middle of the year last year, Travis Hunter was hurt, and Brian Thomas Jr. also dealt with injuries.
Either way, Washington proved himself to be a YAC monster and outstanding downfield threat. Washington is also an elite punt returner with three punt return touchdowns over the past two seasons. Part of what makes him such a great threat downfield is his punt return ability, which gives him an edge in tracking the ball.
1. Nico Collins, Houston Texans
Nico Collins has made back-to-back Pro Bowls and has three straight years with over 1,000 yards receiving, but I still think he's the best secret superstar among wide receivers in the entire NFL.
In terms of his all-around skill set -- catch radius, size, speed, strong hands, after-the-catch abilities -- I would say Collins is a top-5 receiver in the NFL right now. Production-wise, he's not up there with the likes of some of the other players in the league, of course, but in terms of his skills and where he would rank on a tier list in each of those categories, he's undoubtedly near the top of the league in all of those areas.
There are so many other wide receivers in the NFL that receive more fanfare than Collins, who deserves to be considered a true top-tier star in the league.
