30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-4)

I mean, what do we even say about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at this point? They’re now 0-4 on the season and without QB Baker Mayfield, as he has a dislocated thumb. The Bucs now firmly feel like they’re in a lost season, and it could end with some major coaching changes if you ask me.

Rookie Jalon Daniels got the start for the Bucs. He threw two interceptions but did have one touchdown pass and went a solid 19/27 passing. Daniels is likely going to get the remaining starts until Mayfield is healthy, but I’m not sure his return is going to make a huge difference.

The Bucs are simply a bad football team, and Mayfield, who could be the 14th-best QB in the league, isn’t going to dig this team out of whatever slow start they end up with in his absence. Unfortunately for Tampa, it’s already on to the 2027 season.

29. Los Angeles Chargers (0-4)

It feels very wrong to put the Los Angeles Chargers this low, but it’s the truth - the Chargers are just a bad football team right now, and it needs to be talked about. Justin Herbert has been dreadful this year. He’s added two more interceptions to his total this year, as he now has six through four games.

But it’s not just Herbert, as the rest of the team is not only banged-up, but they’re poorly-coached and also just not talented enough. The Chargers have some major coaching and personnel issues that they cannot fix during the season.

And with them starting 0-4, there really isn’t any use trying to bring in new faces, perhaps via trade, to try and fix issues. It’s too late at this point. The Chargers don’t have a clear first win in sight and may continue to stack losses as the middle of the season approaches. The team went 11-6 in the 2024 and 2025 seasons, but now might be staring right at a 6-11 season, but even that would force them to go 6-7 across their final 13 games, which feels like a huge ask.
