12. Colby Parkinson, Los Angeles Rams
Colby Parkinson has gone from being a really solid role player with both the Seahawks and Rams to being one of the featured weapons in one of the best offenses in the entire league.
The Rams are at the forefront of a new trend of using a lot more 12 and 13 personnel offensively, and Parkinson has benefitted greatly from that. This past season, he led all of the Rams' tight ends in snaps played, he was third on the team (behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams) with 56 targets, and he set a career-high in receptions (43), receiving yards (408), and touchdowns (8).
With the additions of 2nd-round picks Terrance Ferguson (2025) and Max Klare (2026) over the past two offseasons, it's going to be interesting to see whether or not the Rams stick with Parkinson at the top of their depth chart, but he's been unlocked in Sean McVay's offense a bit.
11. Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints
Juwan Johnson has grown tremendously from a hybrid receiver/tight end prospect coming out of Oregon to one of the better high-volume receiving tight ends in the game.
He got a new contract with the Saints last offseason, and he rewarded their faith in his abilities by setting career-highs in targets (102), receptions (77), receiving yards (889), and YAC/reception (4.7).
It's nice for a young quarterback like Tyler Shough to have a reliable target like this in the passing game, even if Johnson isn't truly a game-changer at the position. He has really good athleticism, he can make plays in space, and the Saints have given him a lot of opportunities. We'll see what his target share looks like after the additions of RB Travis Etienne and first-round WR Jordyn Tyson, but Johnson is a solid option for New Orleans.
10. Isaiah Likely, New York Giants
I absolutely love the addition of Isaiah Likely to the Giants' offense in 2026. Especially with some question marks surrounding the wide receiver position, Likely could be in line for his biggest role yet at the NFL level.
And even though he was behind Mark Andrews in the pecking order while he was with the Ravens, Likely proved what he could do for the passing game when featured. He's got such great skills at the catch point, and is dynamic in space.
The fact that this was one of the players John Harbaugh brought in when he came to the Giants from the Ravens is pretty significant. Likely could quickly emerge as one of Jaxson Dart's favorite targets in the passing game, and I wouldn't be shocked to see him skyrocket up these types of rankings as the season progresses.
He should be a candidate for 100 or more targets if he stays healthy.
9. TJ Hockenson, Minnesota Vikings
After playing like a star with the Detroit Lions early on in his career, there's been a pretty big decline for TJ Hockenson over the past couple of seasons.
He caught 95 passes during the 2023 season, but tore his ACL and MCL late in the year and was limited to 10 games during the 2024 season. He bounced back with a solid year in 2025, catching 51 passes in 15 games, but his yards per reception dipped all the way down to just 8.6. That was the lowest of his NFL career up to this point by a full yard.
The Vikings' QB issues may have contributed to Hockenson's down year, so we're going to expect a bit of a bounce back in 2026, but nothing is guaranteed. He's still a really solid all-around weapon at the position and someone who can absolutely be featured in the passing game.
