6. Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills land at No. 6 in our power rankings. Buffalo's offseason was highlighted by bringing in DJ Moore in a trade with the Bears, and moving on from Sean McDermott in favor of Joe Brady. It was an offseason of change on offense that the Bears needed to make, but we did see the defense also get some love.
With that said, the main issue that also got most of the attention was Buffalo not having a good enough WR room. While Moore isn't an exceptional player, he's quite good and should be a high-volume target for Josh Allen, who has actually seen his passing touchdown production dip gradually over the years.
The Bills should again win a ton of games, can absolutely capture the AFC East title, and get back into the playoffs. We all know the story with this team, though, as the playoff heartbreaks are too much to count at this point, and it's honestly getting a bit ridiculous.
5. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens take the No. 5 spot in our rankings. If it wasn't for a ton of injuries plaguing the Ravens early in the 2025 season, this team would have won a ton of games and the AFC North. That really was the lone reason why the season didn't result in another playoff year.
When Lamar Jackson is healthy, and the rest of the roster is largely in the same spot, there are few teams that can hang with Baltimore. They also brought in Minter from the Chargers, who had previously been with the franchise.
Getting more aggressive on defense and fielding an overall healthy offense should be plenty for this team to get back to being one of the best in the NFL, which has been the case for much of Jackson's career.
