30. Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins have a bad roster, but are at least embracing a full-scale rebuild. While the Malik Willis signing still feels a bit weird timing-wise, the Dolphins did part with a ton of former veteran players in a clear effort to clear the books for the long-term and to embrace a rebuild the right way.
There are no shortcuts in rebuilding in the NFL, so the Dolphins taking this approach, while brutal in the short-term, could pay off in the long-term. Simply put, the fans are going to have to deal with a lot of losing these next couple of seasons, but with all the losing comes blue-chip NFL Draft picks and a potential franchise quarterback.
Patience is a good word to use for the Dolphins, as this team does need to get better across the board. For the 2026 season, Miami might not even be good enough to play spoiler here and there. This team could flirt with going winless, to be honestly
29. New York Jets
I do believe the New York Jets do have enough young talent on offense to be a fun team in the near future, but when you look at the QB situation and even the head coach, things aren't looking too good for 2026. Aaron Glenn looked to be in way over his head last year, and Geno Smith is now on his third team in as many seasons and has thrown 32 interceptions since the start of 2023.
The Jets having bottom-caliber talent at QB and head coach is a recipe for disaster. With that said, the Jets have a trio of first-round picks in the 2027 NFL Draft, so it's clear that this front office, led by General Manager Darren Mougey, does have a plan in place to make the biggest moves next offseason.
