2. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

While Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals have lost two games in a row, Burrow himself is again playing out of his mind and playing at a high level that we're all used to seeing.

Burrow leads the conference in passing yards with 1,171. He's averaging just under 293 yards per game. Oddly, the longest passing play from Burrow this year has been just 32 yards, but he owns a 99.5 passer rating and a 69.1 QBR.

With that said, he has already been sacked nine times, and that has been an issue for much of Burrow's career.

He's the only QB in the conference with more than 100 cmopletions, and as of now, it's trending toward being another pass-heavy year for Burrow and the Bengals, but he's one of the best processors of this generation and is one of a small handful of QBs who can handle such a high volume.

He's at No. 2 in our power rankings.

1. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs might be back, folks. Mahomes has nine touchdowns against two interceptions this year. His passer rating of 106.2 is, well, insane, and his QBR of 69.6 is also in a great spot.

The Chiefs are definitely not the most talented team in the NFL, and much of Mahomes' passing production this year has been after the catch, but he's playing awesome, and he does look much better this year than he has in the previous few seasons.

He's been the top QB in the NFL for most of his career, and while I am not sure he's the very best at the moment, he's been the best in the AFC, as the Chiefs are the final unbeaten team in the conference as well. Mahomes is back up top.
