2. Denver Broncos
It's hard not to be high on Denver. Not only are the Broncos bringing back many of the same players they helped them get within one game of the Super Bowl last year, but they also added a big-time player to the offense in Jaylen Waddle via trade. It's clear that the Broncos took a calculated approach this offseason and didn't just went to spend free agency dollars randomly.
While the team legitimately did not make a notable external free agency signing, the roster was already the best in the AFC even before the Waddle trade happened, so it's not like this team was missing anything super notable.
All in all, this team is free from a major roster flaw and simply just has to go out there in 2026 and do it. Had Bo Nix not broken his ankle in the AFC Divisional Round victory over Buffalo, Denver surely makes the Super Bowl in 2025, which really puts into perspective how good this team can be in 2026.
The Broncos are No. 2 in our rankings and just miss out to the clear-cut best team in the league.
1. Los Angeles Rams
The Los Angeles Rams have it all, and at this point, it'd probably be a huge disappointment if this team did not win the Super Bowl this year. While the Rams have won a Super Bowl recently and have what it takes to win another one this year, the pressure is only going to get heavier and heavier.
With a roster as loaded as this, the Rams are going to be the talk of the season either way, and the players and coaches would surely hear that noise from the media. Unless something insane happens, the Rams should represent the NFC in the Super Bowl this year and are the clear-cut top team in the NFL right now.
