4. Los Angeles Rams (2-3)
What do we do with the Los Angeles Rams? This team has alternated losses and wins all year now, and are, just as we all expected, a losing football team through five weeks. This isn't a team that we should quit, though.
The roster is a top-3 team in the NFL, and Matthew Stafford still appears to have some awesome football left. The Rams have also played some formidable opponents thus far, and they are dealing with some injuries.
Given how well-coached this team is and how downright elite many of their players are, it could only be a matter of time before this team rips off five wins in a row and gives their record some breathing room.
The 2-3 record is definitely something turning a lot of us off, but I would still feel comfortable saying that this is one of the better teams in football right now.
We're giving them the benefit of the doubt thus far.
3. Seattle Seahawks (3-2)
Seattle doesn't seem quite as dominant as they were in 2025. The offense has definitely taken a step back, and the defense, while still excellent, isn't quite as excellent. Sam Darnold has also struggled this year, as he leads starters in interception percentage, according to Pro Footbal Reference, and he's been sacked more times than you'd like.
The Seahawks face the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football in Week 6, and there is a non-zero chance they struggle and lose that game. But the 'good' side of things is that this is the primary squad that won the Super Bowl last year, and they do have the ceiling to, like the Rams, go on a run and win a ton of games in a row.
This is also not a team that opponents look forward to playing - that's a fact.
