4. Denver Broncos (8-2)

It’s hard to get a good read on the Denver Broncos, as this team has now won seven games in a row, but the offense has looked quite bad for the most part, and they only got into the end zone one time against the lowly Las Vegas Raiders.

Second-year QB Bo Nix appears to have regressed a bit this year, but he is still scoring a lot, if that is any consolation. The defense, though, is top-tier and plenty good enough to win the Super Bowl. It’s not hard to see just how good this team can be, as the offense really just needs to improve a little bit, and the Broncos will make a deep run.

With this latest win, Denver improves to 8-2 on the season and continue to stand atop the AFC West. In Week 11, the Broncos host the Kansas City Chiefs, who are on their bye in Week 10. Both Denver and KC will be coming off some extended rest, so these two clubs are going to be fresh.

If the Broncos are able to beat the Chiefs in Week 11 and enter their bye at 9-2 and send KC to 5-5 in the process, the AFC West title would be incredibly hard for Denver to not win. At the end of the day, an 8-2 record is an 8-2 record.

3. Indianapolis Colts (8-2)

This game was weird. The Indianapolis Colts took down the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin, but it was not without some drama. Jonathan Taylor ran wild in this game, rushing for 244 yards and three touchdowns, which is honestly three of four games worth of production in one afternoon. While Taylor was amazing, Daniel Jones was again not playing at his best.

He threw another interception and was sacked seven times. The Colts lost last week, and Jones did show some signs of the old QB he once was. Now doing it for the second game in a row, you have to wonder if the wheels are slowly but surely falling off.

That is absolutely something to keep an eye out for as the season goes on, but the Colts managed to eek out a win in overtime on a neutral site, moving to 8-2 on the season and keeping a strong pace to win the AFC South and earn the top seed in the conference.

Jonathan Taylor should be looked at as the MVP right now, as he’s doing the heavy-lifting here, and I would begin to be a little bit worried about Daniel Jones, who has not been great the past two weeks for Indy.
