22. Pittsburgh Steelers

A huge congratulations is in order for the Pittsburgh Steelers. They were the least impressive team to win a game in Week 1 out of the 16 teams that got in the win column.
A major accomplishment to start the Mike McCarthy era.
In all seriousness, you're not going to complain about a win in the NFL. It's not easy to do. But the Steelers were sluggish -- at best -- in a tight win against an Atlanta Falcons team that was using its 3rd option at quarterback and missing a ton of pieces defensively.
A win is a win, and that's the category this win falls in.
A pick-six in the 4th quarter ultimately gave the Steelers a lead the Falcons weren't going to overcome, but this was a sloppy game and the Steelers have to show better than this to be taken seriously.
21. Los Angeles Chargers
Last week: 15th
The Chargers getting upset by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1 was so disappointing on so many levels.
This was supposed to be the thrilling debut of the Mike McDaniel-led Chargers offense, which was supposed to unlock Justin Herbert and take the Chargers to the next level. It might only be one game, but to say the Chargers were disappointing in Week 1 would be a major understatement. They weren't just beaten by the Cardinals, but they were beaten up.
Herbert was 17-of-27 passing with just 209 yards, a really bad interception in the 4th quarter, and the offense had absolutely no balance or flow to speak of. In fact, they were constantly behind the sticks:

This was a matchup against a bad team that the Chargers should have dominated. Maybe we underestimated the Cardinals, but that crow won't be eaten until a larger sample is taken.
The only silver lining for the Chargers is that this was an NFC opponent.
