18. Dallas Cowboys

Lets out a deep sigh...
The Dallas Cowboys' defense is still a major problem.
Not that we weren't excited about the New York Giants coming into this season, but we've been anticipating even just marginal improvement from the Cowboys' defense given the hiring of new defensive coordinator Christian Parker.
Not to mention, all of the new pieces they added on that side of the ball.
Unfortunately, we saw the Cowboys give up multiple touchdowns on passes thrown behind the line of scrimmage, and they were just getting picked apart by very basic stuff being run by the New York Giants. Again, not that the Giants aren't good or talented, but the same problems seem to be plaguing the Dallas defense.
And once again, the offense can't overcome it. Are we in line for another wasted year of Prescott and these stellar playmakers?
17. New York Giants

I've been saying it all offseason, but I'm all in on Jaxson Dart. I think it's fair to reserve judgment on a team until you start seeing some more proof of concept, but seeing Dart rack up 24 total touchdowns in his rookie year (15 passing, 9 rushing in 14 games) was extremely impressive.
And Dart picked up right where he left off last season as a rookie.
The Giants' offense was humming while operating at full strength, and that note can't be overstated. The presence of playmakers like Cam Skattebo, Isaiah Likely, and Malik Nabers was a game-changer for the overall operation, and this team looks poised to make a major leap in 2026.
