What an absolutely wild week of NFL games in Week 3 of the 2026 season.
It's been a rollercoaster ride of a season already, but this week had some particularly dramatic twists and turns.
The Jacksonville Jaguars bounced back after a loss with the most impressive win of the week. The Raiders are...good? The Browns and Deshaun Watson are...good? The Washington Commanders upset the reigning Super Bowl champs with their backup QB? The Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams gave us an absolutely ridiculous thriller on Sunday night.

32. Miami Dolphins
Last week: 31st
The Miami Dolphins have some really exciting pieces for both the present and future of this organization, but this year is going to be one tough pill to swallow after another.
Against the Kansas City Chiefs, they got some brutal injury news added to the insult of losing the game, as De’Von Achane suffered what appears to be a serious knee injury. Achane was one of the only true star players on Miami’s roster, and without him in the lineup, the fear is that this offense will become one-dimensional far too quickly.
I was surprised to see the Dolphins put up as good of a fight as they did against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. The turning point of the game was a play in which multiple penalties were called on the Dolphins, including roughing the passer on Chop Robinson, and Miami wasn’t able to recover after that.
The good news for the Dolphins is that Jacob Rodriguez looks like an absolute star in the making.
31. Tennessee Titans
Last week: 30th
The Tennessee Titans need to find a way to get Cam Ward going sooner in games. The lackadaisical way he operates at times is maddening. He hasn’t gotten to the point of “arrival” in his career where he can just be out there casually flipping the ball to his running back. He’s making some really bad decisions this season in the red zone, and that was on display in the Titans’ loss against the New York Giants.
Especially late.
Ward threw a really ugly interception to end the game after also having another pass earlier in the game nearly intercepted in a goal-to-go situation.
Even with a matchup against a team playing their backup quarterback, and even getting into scoring range late in the game, the Titans were still brutal situationally.
Cam Ward needs to start showing progression in his decision-making consistently throughout the course of games. We have seen plenty of really nice throws from him, but he just doesn’t seem to have a grasp of how to consistently play against NFL defenses yet.
