4. Denver Broncos

Once again, it wasn't pretty, but how often is that really the case with the Denver Broncos these days?
The Broncos were down 16-0 to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3, and they found a way to outscore them 30-10 in the second half to win 30-26. This team is part of one absolutely unreal rollercoaster ride after another, and this particular game was one of their most epic.
After sleepwalking through the first half, and head coach Sean Payton visibly upset during his halftime interview, the Broncos came out and went 3-and-out on their first possession of the second half. The Rams gave it right back, and the Broncos got to work on another ridiculous comeback win.
At this point, does anyone know how this team does it? They just do it.
Bo Nix and the offense put together two really balanced drives to tie the game at 16 apiece, and then with the Rams trying to pull away after gaining a 19-16 edge, Talanoa Hufanga took a Matthew Stafford pass 66 yards to the house for a pick-six.
Then Stafford came back with a 48-yard touchdown. Then the Broncos marched down the field for a game-winning TD drive.
The Broncos simply don't quit. They are outstanding situationally. They don't flinch no matter the deficit, no matter the opponent.
3. San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers actually got played pretty tough in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals. After losing about 52 of their 53 active players to injuries, that’s to be expected, I suppose.
All sarcasm aside, it’s really remarkable to see the 49ers thriving once again despite their many injury concerns. Wide receiver Mike Evans left the game with a rib strain, and was carted off in obvious pain.
Star left tackle Trent Williams was also carted off the field, but it turned out to be just a stinger and he was back on the sideline later in the game. Still, the injury scares can’t be ignored at this point. The 49ers are dealing with a lot, and before the game even got going, they got some bad injury news on Nick Bosa. Bosa is expected to miss a “few weeks”, according to 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan.
Oh yeah, there was a game played on Sunday as well. Despite a bit of a scare from the Cardinals, the 49ers put up 36 points and escaped with a win. Brock Purdy continued his possible MVP bid this season with another 4 touchdown passes.
