2. Kansas City Chiefs

Even in a game where the Chiefs showed they were “human”, they still managed to make it look relatively easy against the Miami Dolphins.
And frankly, that was to be expected.
Through the first three weeks of the season, the Chiefs are back to being the Chiefs. We’ve been saying that since they dominated the Denver Broncos back in Week 1, but they truly do look like they’re all the way back.
The most important stat through three games for the Chiefs, besides the team being 3-0? Mahomes has only been sacked four times in three games, and even though he took some hard hits against the Dolphins, he wasn’t officially sacked a single time.
It’s looking like this Chiefs team is going to be a force all year long.
1. Buffalo Bills
Last week: 3rd
Even playing what would be a horrible game for most teams, the Buffalo Bills found a way to win against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Bills had five turnovers playing at home against the Chargers, including two interceptions from Josh Allen and fumbles by Allen, Dalton Kincaid, and James Cook. The defense for the Bills really came through in this one, especially in the red zone against the Chargers.
They held the Chargers to just 1-of-4 on their red zone attempts, and found a way to overcome their own mistakes.
We’ve now seen what this Bills team can do when they’re firing on all cylinders offensively, and when they have to overcome some bad mistakes. Even though the Chargers are now 0-3 after this game, the win for Buffalo is impressive.
The Chargers came into this game with their backs against the wall, desperate for a win. It felt like this was going to be a storm for the Bills to weather, and they did it. They’ll be playing at home again next week against a Patriots team with its back against the wall as well.
