3. Todd Monken, Cleveland Browns (2-1)

Todd Monken and the Cleveland Browns are 2-1, just like we all expected. Not only have the Browns already shattered expectations, but they did respond tell to being blown out in Week 1 by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

What might be even more impressive with the Browns is that QB Deshaun Watson actually looks quite solid thus far. Wherever Monken has coached in the NFL, his teams typically have high-end passing offenses.

And you almost wonder if we'll slowly begin to see that as the season goes on...?

Watson is probably still a bad QB, but his and the Browns start thus far is 100 percent worth taking about.

2. Kevin O'Connell, Minnesota Vikings (3-0)

Kevin O'Connell just keeps winning despite never really having a consistent starting QB. Both Carson Wentz and Kyler Murray have already started at least one full game. They've combined to complete fewer than 60 percent of their passes, but you'd never guess it.

The defense has played lights-out, and O'Connell never doesn't have his team ready to play. They're just well-coached from top to bottom and are standing alone in first place in the NFC North.

1. Klint Kubiak, Las Vegas Raiders (3-0)

The best head coaching job thus far goes to Klint Kubiak. He tops our power rankings through three weeks. Kubiak's Las Vegas Raiders are just significantly improved on both sides of the ball right now. Kirk Cousins is playing excellent, and the defense is extremely aggressive.

While the Raiders don't exactly have great wins on their schedule, as their opponents have a combined 1-8 record, winning is winning. Typically in the NFL, head coaches prove pretty quickly whether they're cut out for the job.

All of the personnel changes the Raiders made are helping, but whatever Kubiak is doing is also working. Like we all predicted, the Raiders are 3-0 and appear to be, if nothing else, a respectable, winning football team thus far.

While the schedule does get a lot tougher, being 3-0 gives them a bit of a buffer with their record.
